HOW TO APPLY
To qualify for wholesale purchase, you must adhere to the following guidelines:
- You must be a registered business with a resale/business license.
- Wholesale orders can be accepted through EDI and via email at orders@mekorcorp.com.
- Merchandise must be prepaid. Credit cards are not accepted.

**Hyleys Tea reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit or limit sales to resellers. Hyleys Tea also reserves the right to restrict the quantity of items purchased per account or order for any reason.

How can I become a Hyleys wholesaler?
In order to become a Hyleys wholesaler, please register for a Hyleys wholesale account. Click here to apply.
Once you have registered we will verify your application and business to grant approval. Please note that all wholesale orders are placed are only allowed by a full case and not by individual units.
I have not received a confirmation e-mail after submitting my application. What can I do?
Please check the junk and spam folder of your e-mail address to see if you have received the confirmation e-mail. We usually send it within 48 business hours after your application has been submitted. If you still cannot find it, you can contact us at support@mekorcorp.com.
How much is the Hyleys wholesale discount?
Hyleys wholesale prices start at 50% off from the retail prices on our website: www.HyleysTeaOnline.com and require a minimum order of $5000.
Please note that all products shipped under the Hyleys Wholesale Portal are listed by a full case. Each case on average holds 12 units, but may vary depending on the product type. The individual product listing will define the number of items per case for that particular product.
How will my order be shipped?
For all orders our office will calculate shipping and other options, we will contact you to coordinate logistics.
All international orders assume FOB – Edison, NJ
What is the wholesale payment term?
Our payment term requires a full payment in advance before each order has been shipped.
Is there a catalog/price list available?

We currently do not have a catalog that includes a price list due to the fact that our products lines are constantly changing and we always focus our efforts in providing the lowest prices to our customers. Do I need to pay import duties on my order?
Import duties do not apply to goods being sold in the US, as we are a US based company.
For all wholesalers outside of the US, you are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when the item passes through customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country.
We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Hyleys is unable to give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
What are your warranty and return policy for wholesale orders?
Warranty – We can offer a replacement on all our products, in case the ones you have received should be defective. All items you may want to replace should be brought to our attention within 5 business days of your receiving your shipment. Additionally, you must provide photographic proof that the goods you have received are damaged. In order to receive your replacement products, you must ship back the defective goods back to our warehouse at your expense.
Returns – No returns are allowed on any purchases made on the Hyleys Wholesale Portal. We are able to keep our wholesale prices low and profitable for you by working on low margins and thus need to have a no returns policy on our products. All sales are final and non-refundable.
